A short and powerful course for people experiencing anxiety. Learn yogic quick fixes to bring calm to acute flare-ups. and daily practice tools for long term, deep transformation. You'll experience breath, mantra and rythmic movements to help stabilize the relationship between mind and body, self-regulate your response to stress, intervene in the constant flow of worrying thoughts, and develop the ability to relax deeply and safely.
This 8 week course is designed to build upon skills each week, so full attendance is encouraged and recordings will be available of you cannot attend.
Take home materials to support home practice for transformative habit building provided.
